We work with you every step of the way, from the initial consultation to your team’s first day in their new lab, and beyond.
We take the time to listen in order to ensure we fully understand your exact lab requirement; including understanding what each area is to be used for, workflow patterns, and any specific equipment and ventilation needs, such as fume extraction, VAV, or HVAC. This will allow us to provide an accurate project cost, and timescale.
If appointed we will then produce a detailed design and specification that will become the blueprint for your new lab.
From there we manage the entire project; handling all of the design, build and trade expertise you might need, such as mechanical and electrical work, building alterations, access control, and ventilation – while keeping you informed at every stage of the project.

All work is completed to the highest standards, and fully compliant with BS EN 14175 and DW154 and we are currently working towards ISO 9001 Accreditation.
