Bespoke-designed fume extraction systems
Supplying a diverse range of businesses across Manchester and the North West, our bespoke-designed fume extraction systems include fume cupboards, LEVs and other associated laboratory equipment, to protect workers from harmful fumes and gases. All solutions comply with the recommendations of BS EN 14175 and DW154, keeping environments safe from toxicity, for example, during welding or pharmaceutical operations. Unsafe air is effectively sucked away, capturing pollutants before they can contaminate your working environment.
A full site survey is carried out, with AutoCAD designs produced for your approval prior to manufacture. All associated ductwork is manufactured from grey rigid ventilation tube in accordance with DW154, and all site joints fully welded for integrity. Ductwork is sized to keep induct air velocities below 7m/sec to guarantee low noise levels. There is a choice of manufacturing materials to match your requirement, including uPVC, regular and fire-retardant polypropylene.
